Yvonne Ruperti ‘95

Yvonne Ruperti ‘95 is a professionally trained pastry chef, author, and culinary educator. Originally from Dutchess County New York, she is a Baking and Pastry alumna of the Culinary Institute of America and Vassar College. Her career spans pastry kitchens, bakery ownership, food media, and culinary education. She has written for Cook’s Illustrated Magazine, appeared on multiple seasons of America’s Test Kitchen cooking show, and is the author of One Bowl Baking: Simple From Scratch Recipes for Delicious Desserts. In 2014, Chef Ruperti began a decade-long teaching career with the Culinary Institute of America, Singapore, and in 2024 joined the Greystone campus, where she continues to teach baking and pastry arts.
