Here you will find conference Recipes, Handouts, and Presentations which can be downloaded by using the password assigned to conference attendees. The password is case sensitive, so please be sure to use all lowercase letters when logging in.
Only registrants who completed the course will be able to view these materials. A password will be sent out to participants to view the content from the conference.
