Thom Pastor '07, MBA, FACHE, CDM, CFPP, is the director of food and nutrition services for the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. He currently sits on the board of the Association for Healthcare Foodservice as immediate past president, following his tenure as the association's 2025 president. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Thom possesses over 20 years of food service experience, dedicating the last 15 to integrating culinary arts with healthcare leadership. Committed to professional standards and education, he has previously served as a content expert for the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credentialing exam and on the Industry Advisory Board for Cascade Culinary Institute.
