Sophie Egan, MPH

Sophie Egan, MPH is an internationally recognized leader at the intersection of food, health, and climate. Based in Boulder, CO and the mom of two very active twin sons, Sophie is the founder of Full Table Solutions and author of How to Be a Conscious Eater. Her work accelerates solutions for food systems change, which she does through a portfolio of leadership roles: Senior Advisor to the R&DE Stanford Food Institute, Co-Director of the Menus of Change University Research Collaborative, Director of Strategy for Food for Climate League, and Strategic Advisor to the International Fresh Produce Association and Foundation for Fresh Produce. She is also a contributor to The New York Times Health section and Co-Founder of Climate Kitchen. Previously, Sophie served as Director of Health and Sustainability Leadership for The Culinary Institute of America’s Strategic Initiatives Group.
