Sky Hanka is a consulting chef, culinary nutritionist, and educator at The Culinary Institute of America at Copia. A CIA graduate (’12) with a Master’s in Nutrition & Integrative Health and National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching, she facilitates professional and public trainings, develops curriculum and recipes, manages the Hestan Teaching Kitchen Team, and serves as subject matter expert and on-camera chef for the CIA’s digital media team.
