Chef Robert Danhi ‘91 is chef-in-residence at California Walnuts and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. His career spans restaurant kitchens, culinary education, cookbook authorship, and television, where he has served as both a judge and host. Robert brings deep expertise to driving culinary innovation and menu relevance using California Walnuts across foodservice. He believes that great ingredients deserve great storytelling, and that the walnut is one of the most underestimated stars in the kitchen. When he is not developing recipes or educating the next generation of chefs, he is exploring global flavors to inspire new culinary applications. (California)
