Lauren Chandler, MSW, is a plant-forward chef educator with 25 years of experience teaching people to cook and eat well. She leads virtual and in-person classes for businesses, nonprofits, and unions, and develops recipes and culinary content that make healthy cooking approachable and fun. A former faculty member at the National University of Natural Medicine and graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute, she cooked with World Central Kitchen and served as a James Beard Media Awards judge.
