Jennifer Stack serves as an Associate Professor in the School of Culinary Science, Health and Nutrition at The Culinary Institute of America. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and proud CIA graduate, she brings over two decades of leadership in culinary nutrition and wellness across community, healthcare, and academic environments. She is the author of The Diabetes-Friendly Kitchen: 125 Recipes for Creating Healthy Meals and is deeply committed to empowering both chefs and home cooks through practical, evidence-based guidance that elevates healthier cooking and eating.
