Diane Kochilas is the host and co-producer of My Greek Table on PBS, now in its 5th season. Her latest season is themed the Flavors of Longevity, inspired by but not limited to the lessons of her native island Ikaria, a Blue Zone. She is a NYT best-selling author and her latest books include Athens: Food, Stories, Love and The Ikaria Way. She runs a recreational cooking school on the island and culinary - cultural tours in Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean. Diane is the author of 11 books on Greek and Mediterranean cooking.
