Breana Killeen is the Associate Editorial Director of Food at Food & Wine magazine. She's a culinary expert, dietitian, sommelier, and farmer passionate about creating approachable, globally-inspired dishes. With a background in nutrition and over 20 years of experience in test kitchens and food media, she blends flavor, health, and technique in every recipe. Her work appears in leading publications, where she focuses on making home cooking both delicious and achievable. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, UNC-Chapel Hill, and the Wine Spirit and Education Trust (WSET), she's grounded in professional and real-world home kitchens.
