Amanda Blechman is a registered dietitian and director of nutrition and scientific affairs at Danone U.S. where she leads the translation of emerging nutrition science into product development guidance, evidence-based communications, education and external engagement. Since joining Danone in January 2013, Amanda has led a broad array of activities in several evolving nutrition spaces including flexitarian eating patterns, pediatric nutrition and chronic disease risk reduction. She’s a regular media contributor, providing expert commentary and credible nutrition content to journalists. As a mom of two young children, Amanda loves to combine her passions of food and family in her work.
